Purpose of These Terms and Conditions

Minimum User Requirements

Players must be 21+ to access and play on the mmk022 platform. If it is found that this requirement was violated during registration, the account will be closed immediately and any remaining balance may become non-refundable.

• Each individual may only hold one registered account on mmk022.

Registration and Account Opening

When registering an account at mmk022, players must provide accurate personal information. This includes full name, contact phone number, and details linked to the payment method.

• Each player may register only one account; creating duplicate accounts may result in bonus removal and account closure.
• You must keep your login credentials (username/password) to yourself; sharing them with any third party is strictly prohibited.

Account Suspension and Closure

If any of the following situations are found, mmk022 may suspend or close an account without prior notice—

• When there is reasonable suspicion of financial fraud
• When the platform is found to be used for commercial purposes rather than genuine gameplay
• When an official legal directive is received

mmk022 will permanently close an account only after gathering sufficient evidence to confirm the closure is justified. Players may appeal an account closure through [email protected].

Deposits

Deposit methods at mmk022 are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. The minimum deposit per transaction is 10,000 Ks. Deposits below this amount will not be accepted by the platform.

• You must use only a payment method registered under your own name when making a deposit.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted; violations will result in account suspension.
• All deposits are processed in Myanmar Kyat (MMK) only.
• If a deposit does not appear in your account after more than 1 hour, contact [email protected] immediately.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal per transaction is 20,000 Ks. Withdrawals are normally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours; however, cases that require verification may take longer.

• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit; withdrawals via a different method will require additional verification.
• You may request a withdrawal before meeting the bonus wagering requirement, but the remaining bonus balance will be forfeited.
• All withdrawals are processed in Myanmar Kyat (MMK) only; mmk022 cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies arising from exchange rate differences.
• mmk022 reserves the right to carry out standard KYC verification on every withdrawal.

Welcome Bonus

mmk022 offers a 200% Welcome Bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks. To withdraw the bonus funds, you must first meet a wagering requirement of 25x the bonus amount.

Example — If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 40,000 Ks bonus, giving you an account balance of 60,000 Ks; to withdraw, you must wager 40,000 Ks × 25 = 1,000,000 Ks in total. (If you deposit 320,000 Ks, you receive a 300,000 Ks bonus, giving you a balance of 620,000 Ks; the wagering requirement is 300,000 Ks × 25 = 7,500,000 Ks.)

• The Welcome Bonus is available once only, and each player may claim it no more than one time.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly and can only be used for gameplay before verification is completed.
• If the account is closed before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus balance cannot be recovered.
• Bonus counters are checked using Myanmar Standard Time (MMT).

General Promotion Terms

• Promotions may be changed or discontinued by mmk022 without notice at its discretion.
• Players found to have registered multiple accounts to claim bonuses may be removed without notice.
• Promotions are credited only after deposit records and gameplay records have been verified.

VIP Progression and Tiered Rewards

• Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Cashback is calculated weekly, including Myanmar Transfer (MMT), at mmk022's discretion; the higher your tier, the higher the maximum cashback rate. VIP tiers can change at any time and may be downgraded if activity drops.

Refer a Friend — Referral Program

Players in the mmk022 Referral Program receive 8% of their referred friend's first deposit as a bonus — up to a maximum of 10,000 Ks per person. In addition, players earn 0.2% of their referred friends' valid wagering amount as weekly commission.

• To receive the referral bonus, the referred friend must have completed their first deposit at mmk022.
• The 8% is calculated on the referred friend's first deposit only; subsequent deposits are not included.
• Self-referral — registering your own account as a referral — is a violation of the referral policy and the bonus may be removed without notice.
• Referral commission is reviewed after the MMT period and credited in the following week.

Platform Usage Prohibitions

All players must use mmk022 in a fair and honest manner; the following conduct is strictly prohibited—

• Playing using bots, macros, scripts, or automated software, or attempting to bypass account verification
• Financial fraud, money laundering, and unauthorized financial transactions
• Exploiting mmk022's bonus or promotion system specifically to gain an unfair advantage
• Any conduct that disrupts other players' experience
• Threatening or abusing mmk022 staff or anyone associated with the service
• Attempting to hack or tamper with the platform

If any of these violations are found, the account may be closed and any remaining balance forfeited without prior notice.
